We must pay our Federal Income tax at a level that is equal to our spending. We cannot leave our children and (in my case) our grandchildren this huge debt. Thanks to George W. Bush's free-wheeling spending like there is no tomorrow, Ronald Reagan did not die as the biggest debtor in our history. Yes, I know that the Congress technically spend the money, but the president is the one with the veto pen (which Reagan used a lot).
Patriotism is..... paying our fair share to run the country!

Patriotism is.... learning to respect all people, as we are all immigrants
(well, the "Native Americans" immigrated over 10,000 years ago.... I guess they have been here long enough to be indigenous).
